Registration procedure


①.                       
Clicking the “Registration” button
on the top will bring you to a [Peatix] page
(outside of the Conference Website).
Registration for the conference will be made through that site.

Registration for the conference will be made through that site.





③.                       
Click the orange “GET TICKET” button
in the right bottom of the page.










④.
Enter “1” in the box for each event you would like to participate in.
*For raffles, you can purchase as much as possible.
After entry, click the green “Next: Login” button.

⑤.                       
Select the payment method from a credit card, Paypal,
Combini (convenience store) and ATM.
After selecting it, click the green “Next: Login” button.


⑥.
[If you have already used Peatix]
Log in to Peatix via an account you used in the past.

[If this is the first time for you to use Peatix]
It is necessary to create a Peatix account.
Enter your full name and e-mail address,
set a password of your own choice, and then click on “Register.”


⑦.                       
Enter the necessary information.
If you are registering on behalf of someone else,
enter the information on the participant in this screen.







⑧.
If you selected to make a payment via a credit card,
enter the necessary information including your card number.

* This screen will not appear if you selected to
make payment via a convenience store or ATM.

* If you selected to make a payment via PayPal,
you will automatically move to the “PayPal”page.

⑨.                       
Enter the necessary information, and then click the
orange “NEXT: CONFIRMATION” button.

⑩.
If this screen appears, registration is done.
(You will not need to present the ticket on your smart
phone at the reception counter on the Conference day.)


FAQs on Registration


Q:How can I sign up (buy the tickets) for the Spring Conference?
A:The Spring Conference uses an online event management service called Peatix for registration.

  In order for you to sign up, you will need a Peatix account or Facebook, Twitter or Google account.
  If you do not have any account for the above 4 services, you will need to create a new Peatix account.

  In the middle of the course of buying the tickets, a screen that prompts you to create your Peatix account will appear.
  Please enter your name, e-mail address, and a password you have set to log in before proceeding with the procedure.

Q:What payment options are available?
A:Payment with a credit card, at a convenience store, or through an ATM is accepted.

Q:May I cancel an event after registration?
A:No cancellation will be accepted once you have registered for the event.
  Your understanding would be highly appreciated.

Q:Can I register for another member in the same club together
  with for myself?

A:Please register for events separately for each person.
  This is because of the need to prepare a name card for each participant.
  Therefore, if you register on behalf of a member other than yourself, please register individually.

Q:When I press the “GET TICKET” button,
  the “Next: Login” button will appear. What shall I do?


A:The Spring Conference uses an event management service called Peatix.
  This requires one of the following accounts for registering for the events.

    Peatix / Facebook / Twitter / Google

  Those who do not have any of the 4 accounts are requested to create a new Peatix account. Press the “Next: Login”
  button to go to the screen where you will choose to log in through one of the 4 accounts or create a new Peatix account.

Q:Can I additionally register for a different event later?
A:You can register for some events later. However, it would be more helpful for our processing if you would apply for all
  the events you would like to participate in at one time. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
